Effective 2 September 2026. These terms apply to merchants who install Gapfill.
Gapfill fills empty SKUs and empty image alts in a Shopify catalog. It never overwrites an existing SKU or alt. The merchant previews proposed fills and confirms what is written. Duplicate SKUs, missing images, and missing weights are reported only.
Free: scan plus up to 10 empty fills per 30 days. Pro: $9.99 USD every 30 days after a 7-day trial, unlimited empty fills. All charges use Shopify Billing. Cancel from the app (Switch to Free) or by uninstalling. Uninstall ends Gapfill access; Shopify handles subscription cancellation on uninstall.
You confirm that proposed SKUs and alts are acceptable before clicking Apply. Gapfill does not invent shipping weights, barcodes, or product images. You remain responsible for catalog accuracy, trademarks, and storefront content.
The app is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, BuildNest Lab is not liable for lost profits or catalog mistakes on fills you confirmed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
