Reload Gapfill from Shopify Admin → Apps → Gapfill. Wait for the page to finish, then click Scan shop catalog. The status must say admin_graphql before Apply writes to the live shop.
That is the product. Gapfill never overwrites an existing SKU or image alt. Only empty fields appear in the fill list.
The field was filled after scan, the resource is gone, or the free plan cap was reached. Scan again. Existing values stay untouched.
Start Pro opens Shopify’s charge approval. Switch to Free cancels the Shopify subscription from inside the app. Uninstall also removes Gapfill access.
Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps → Gapfill → Uninstall. Tokens are deleted. Reinstall starts OAuth again. Approve Pro again if you want paid fills after reinstall.
